Dear Sir,

I am on the q to book a ticket at 19.30 on 5.8.10 at bhuj rly station. i observed -

* He booked the ticket 7 ticket of current reservation and 5 ticket from Q booking between 19.30 to 22.00hrs (2.30 hrs).

* 3 times he went for toilet and each time he took 20 mints

* 2 times he drink the water and pass the time 5-7 mints each

* His preparence to talking with trevel agent and others near & dears.

* when we object his & told to complain to Sr. s than started to abuse to us and his Sr. s, Said you go complain anyone, I am least bothered... And theat I will not book your ticket.

*We (more than 12 pessengers) return without booked the ticket, though who were on the Q for more than 1.30 hrs.

So pls do the needful for such staff...
