Noise Pollution and waste disposal

Dear Sir,

We are residents of MCC A Block 4th Main and 5th main, Davangere. This is a purely residential area and a Samudaya bhavan (Mini Marriage hall) is built here which is causing lots of problems for the neighbors staying beside this place.

The problems we are facing is as below:

1. Heavy noise pollution due to use of loud speakers. No timings has been made for the use of loud speakers which disturbs sleep.

2. No compound space for the hall.

3. Windows are not closed, doors are not put for the windows which in turn adds for noise pollution, spitting and throwing of waste materials like coffee cups, plates, etc which affects the cleanliness of the street.

4. No parking space for the vehicles which come for the marriage hall and people park on roads which creates traffic jam.

All our neighbors had complained to muncipality of davangere and Pollution control board but no action is taken against them.

So we request you to guide necessary departments to take action against this and help to make this street a peaceful residential area.
