Illigally running of pollution creating activity

R/Sir,

M/S Aggarwal Sweet of India is running a sweet com fast food shop . the shopkeeper prepare bhature cholle, samosa, tikki, jalebi, pav bhaji etc in the shop at A-1/138-139, Sector 11, Rohini, Delhi-89 and create a lot of pollution which enter in my house A-1/140 and create health hazard to my family. i have written so many complained to m.c.d.but no action has been taken so far. I cannot run cooler etc due to this pollution. Even i cannot open windows of my house during day time due to this pollution. Last time on my complained when some one came from your deptt.for checking, but, the owner temporarily removed the preparations due to advance information from your department about the checking. so i once again request to take suitable action to stop such pollution and health hazard creating activty and oblige me.
