Non delivery of LPG Cylinders

Sir,

I want to register a complaint against Bhaskar Gas Agency, Piyoli Phukan Road, Guwahati. I am not able to recieve my LPG Cylinders on time. The delivery time from the date of booking is 21 days, but i haven't recieved my cylinder even after 45 days. Infact this is a common scenario with this distributor. They have been very rude with the customers. They promise us that they would deliver the cylinder on a particular date, but it never happens.

Sir, it is very difficult to go there repeatedly and ask for the cylinders. The staff there are harassing the customers everyday. My Consumer No is 028039. I urge you to look into the matter at the earliest. I am eagerly looking forward for redressal. Thank you.
