Irresponsible of transport authorities

Dear Sir/Madam,

i am travelling through the bus all over tamilnadu and pondicherry, the bus condition also very worst,

even though it is ultra deluxe, they recieve more money, no more faclities fan, light, even window also

in very bad condition, i am readyto digsetion for above points, while travelling time, the bus drivers

stop the buses in hotels, the hotels are very bad quality as well as price also high, we also had no

option to choose, i don't know who is responsible to take steps, anyway please hea
