Lumpsum bill for the month aug, sep & oct. No average billing done yet

To the relevant MSEB official,

I was sent a lumsum bill of 1053 units in the month of october for the months august, september & october. I had registered my complaint twice once at the Khadki sub division office & sencondly through your website. However no action has been taken till date & no settlement has been done based on average billing as on date.

My Consumer No. is 160220526281 & Billing Unit is 4600.

Also the reading for the month of March has not been taken & billing has been done based on 447 units upto 27th March which is false as reading as per 21st April also amounts comes to be 425 units.

This all is the consequence since the concerned people dont take the meter reading & the billing is done based on some arbitrary units for which we consumers have to suffer.

Please look into the matter & resolve the matter as soon as possible.
