Fluctuation in supply and low voltage

Our consumer no . 176022712030, Shakun Auto Parts,

434, Medan karwadi, Alandi phata, chakan, pune.

We are facing problem of voltage fluctuations and low voltage. We have found that there is sparking in DB box and some burning of Neutral and B Phase wires. Kindly do the neddful urgently.
