Bill distribution & Execess bills

We are facing problem to receive Electric Bills since last year despite so many compalints, last month we didnt receive the bill (Whole Bhandup Area) but we received this month on i.e. 17 Aug at 6.30 PM with panalty & change in unit Slabs whih raised the bill amount by more than 300/- . The whole Area which is served by Pannalal Compound of MSEB is facing this problem, but there is no change. Please enlighten this Issue.
