On September MSEDCL has given me bill of RS.5300/- saying that in past few month they had given me average meater reading and from now onwards we will start with correct meater reading and i paid the amount on Octomber again MSEDCL given me average meater reading bill of Rs1080/- in the month November they sent me bill of Rs3110/- calculateing adjusted meater reading for MSEDCL's failure in service of collecting meater reading why i should bare huge cost after two or three month if they collect proper meater reading every month then i will not have to pay huge cost at a time
