Free sms being charged

Dear sir,

Idea Telecom charges Rs1 for customers who have a free SMS pack for Diwali according to the TRAI . As per the tariff code, given to the customers, to check the exact dates when it is going to be charged, it was mentioned 18th & 19th october clearly. They, making a mistake of not updating it, abruptly charged us Rs1/- on 16th of october when it was not even Diwali. Giving a call to the Customer Care, to enquire about the same, they were very rude giving us new codes to check the Updated information. Due to this negligence from their side we as IDEA customers, have lost our money. Please consider my grievance.
