Sir,

A defective Gas Cylinder was delivered at my home (Mob No. 9903024589). Gas is leaking out of it. Complaint was lodged immediately..Neither the defective Cylinder was replaced nor taken back. It is really a dangerous situation. Anything may happen. Inspite of repeated request no response is received. Please look into it very very urgently before any mishap happen.
