Reg: Delivery of Cylinders on time

Sir,

We have our cylinder connection in the name of my mother Smt. B.Kannammal. Consumer No. 5825. I booked for a refill (cylinder) on 20th of April. When enquired about the delivery of the cylinder today (5th May), the telecaller said she has given the bill of delivery to the delivery person Mr. Vijayakumar. Again i could reach the caller at Indane Super Gas after trying many more times. They are not attending calls on 0422-6587456 & 0422 - 2643838, then why should the agency people give these numbers to contact them???

When i contacted the delivery person Mr. Vijayakumar, he said he doesnt have the bill of Consumer No. 5825. Instead asked me to call the agency people to generate the bill, so that he would try to deliver the cylinder tommorrow. (ie. of 6th May'2009). He again shouted at me that my residence is far off from the main road (Mettupalayam Road) and there is no supply to that area frequently. He wanted me to change the agency to LMW - Indane super Gas which is at Periayanaickenpalayam, Coimbatore - 641 020.

Tomorrow I need to go the Indane -Super Gas at Vadamadurai to take the cylinder on my own expenses, which is not fair.

I would like to change the agency to the nearest place of mine. Kindly do the needful.

Please look into the matter immediately and try to sort out the issue.
