Negligence of complaint about gas cylinder by indane gas distributer M/s Mayur Gas Service, jaipur house, Agra

I have booked 1 gas refill vide booking no.8462, coupon book no.3094, copon no.16, gas connection number-MX1919 at M/s Mayur Gas Service, Jaipur House, Agra. I have been continously complainting about shortage of gas in the gas reffil and leakage in the cylinder, I have received no response till know and they do not pick up the phone either.

One more booking of gas reefil booking no 8461 was booked on the same day 30/03 but I have not received the cylinder till now.
