Not getting cylinde

This is to kindly draw your attention to my problem regarding delay in receiving gas cylinders.

I am a consumer of Indane Gas with my Consumer No. OM 11922 and my distributor is:

M/S Omkar Indane

Shop No.2, Rajdeep Apptt.,

Near Police Line, Sardarnagar,

Ahmedabad - 75 (Code No. 185456)

I want to state that we do not receive our gas within the committed period of 15 days.

There is always a delay and whenever we try to contact our distributor we never get a positive response from them.
