Non-Delivery of Gas Cylinde

Dear Sir,

My name is SaravananKS. This is a receipt of the service provided by M/s. Pattammal Gas Agency of Mudichuur Road West Tambaram, Chennai.

We, Consumer No: 38329, have book the gas cylinder on 02.12.2008. The gas agency staff said that it would take 10 – 15 days to deliver the cylinder. Today, 16-12, we called them over phone and enquired about the status of the delivery. Now, they said that it would take another 4 – 5 days. Can you please instruct them to deliver the cylinder immediately? Also, I would like to know is there any rule which states the time period for delivering the cylinder (I heard it should be 36 days once. Let me know is it correct?).
