I was working in Supreme strips ltd and this company is deduct provident fund from my salary my provident fund account no is rj/8978/24/3418 now i want to withdraw my provident fund but rajshathan provident fund reject my form because they write me that in provident form company's stamp is manadatory buy company is close now so now how i can withdraw my provident from

Plz give me suggestion or procedure how i can withdraw my provident fund amount
