Unsatisfactory service on Tour planned

The undersigned booked a holiday to Uttaranchal

> through M/s Travelmasti Holidays Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi. The undersigned

> paid the necessary costs by way of depositing Rs. 48000/- (in two

tranches) towards the tour cost in the opponent's ICICI Bank

> account.

The tour costs comprised of hotel accommodation and transportation

> (by an a/c Indica), as per the email of Manoj Joshi of Travelmasti, as per

> EXHIBIT-I;

The tour program included a day excursion to Pataal Bhuvneshwar,

> which was not done and in the car provided the air-conditioner was not

> functioning. The itinery forwarded by Travelmasti to the rental car agency

> and drivers testimony are included as EXHIBIT-II;

> Travelmasti also misled the applicant by booking him into a

> sub-standard resort at Nainital and ignored complaintant's several

> complaints, by email, in this regard.

> Consequences: Travel by non-a/c car throughout the tour. Charged for

> complete package but eliminated one destination. Stay booked at Dynasty

> Resorts with false promises. The hotel accomodation, location and food was

> below par and not as per the standrds promised and paid for.
