Un-Fair trade practice

I had purchased hardware articles for Rupees 10484/-on 3rd. June 08 fom the above firm. It was promised by the firm that un-used articles shall be taken back at the same rate. After two days, when I went to return few items, he took the articles back at the rate varying 40 to 300% less than the price at which he sold to me saying that it is the actual market rates. Thus he origionally sold the articles to me at an average of 40% above the actual market rates and over charged about Rs 4100/- from me. The over-charged amount should be refunded by the firm. But the firm has not responded to my letter requesting for refund.
