Bad behaviour of conductors

One side, MTC Chennai is trying to increase the collection, the other side the conductors are asking the new passengers to get down, if they don't have exact change. they drive the passengers to share autos. MTC management is useless, powerless. MTC seems like literally ruled by union headweights.

Recently my daughter was asked to get down from 17 E bus, since she does not have the exact change. When she offered to pay Rs.10/- and buy tickets for the full amount i.e. Rs.10/- still the conductor asked her to get down. What right they have? Who is responsible for such behaviours of conductors? The backboneless management, the heartless union leaders, or powerless ruling party?

Or the disunity of the people/passengers? Only students have the power to question the rude behaviour of the driver and conductors. no body else. Why the hell then union is demanding more salary and more bonus when they don't have the power to control their members? Unions, Shame, shame. Union leaders, Teach discipline (if you know anything about that!) then demand for more salary and bonus. or quit and join private bus companies. Ready for the challenge.?
