Cheque replacement

I have 50 share in the ICICI bank. My ID no: IN30039413812790, SR no:741562.Once in 6 months I will collect the dividend cheque amount of RS.550 from the ICICI bank. The dividend cheque will be deposited in my canara bank account no:6132 in Tuticorin. I already closed this account on April immediately I write letter to ICICI bank about this issue. Again they used to send cheque in the same canara bank account so i can't able to collect the amount. The cheque issued by ICICI, Andheri branch, cheque no:226485 on 28th june. I complain to Mr. R.Vinoth, Branch operation Manager, Tuticorin. But he didn't gave any reply. After I settle down in chennai I wrote 3 letter to Tuticorin ICICI bank but they didn't gave any reply. Finally on 14th Feb I met Mr. R.Vinoth and I complaint him about the cheque expiry then he told to complain me in this web address. Now my chennai address:32L, 1/649, 54th cross street, Thiruvalluvar nagar, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai-41.
