My name is vikas agarwal and i had get a franchacee of suvidhaa 2 month back @ 10, 000 /- non refundable .there is lots of service in suvidhaa terminal but its irctc online railway ticket booking terminal not properly working and there is no legal software solution done by company

when i started booking on 8 am on every day then its software give me an error and then reservation get full on train enquiry shown wait list and my customer go away
