Misuse of my telephone

Dear Sir,

We are residing at Mumbai in Andheri Lokhanwala Complex and have a MTNL landline connection, telephone number 022 26333681.

Over the last couple of months we have distinctly observed that between 10 am -6pm.our telephone number when called from outside just keeps ringing to caller, but the telephone becomes dead at home (cannot receive and dial calls). The telephone ring is back to normal in the evening till next day morning.

Inspite of the phone line being dead in the afternoon, our bill amount has been progressively increasing. We strongly believe that during the afternoons our telephone line is being diverted elsewhere and is used by somebody else. We are paying the cost of somebody else using our telephone line in the afternoons
