Dection amount from trump mobail balance

Dear Sir,

My mobail no is 9869385384, from this mobail they deact wrong amount from my balance. for SMS and caller tune i try to complint at list 20 to 25 times on call center but i get only one ansur " hamara system update nahi hai. Aap thody der bad nahi to 2 hour ke baad phone kare" but i try to give complite 2 or 3 days but same ansur. every time and not call back come. please help me out from this problem.
