Wrong Delivery of Message

Dear All,

I Mr. Vimal Bharatkumar Pandya on behalf of user Ms. Mamta Bharatlumar Pandya has lodge many complaint for faulty message delivery but the issue has not been resolved.

There is something unique problem with my Dolphin No. 9869224482

Whenever i try to send any message to my friend from my phone book list, it automatically delivered to someone else. I get delivery report of various unknown numbers (including STD nos.) to whom i don't know..

This is very serious problem due to following reasons:

1. My personal message are getting delivered to unknown numbers.

2. I am being charged by the company for every faulty message.

3. This may be the case of Mobile Hacking for any illigal or unauthorised use.

I have lodged many complaint as follows:

none of the complaints are resolved even after several follow-up. The company doesn't understand that this makes physical & mental stress on their subscriber.

This is not the end of it, there are many other network related problems which is not solved by company because of uneven frequency many time calls are dropped & i m getting charged for the same.
