Installation of ac machine

i presume that you are having a branch office/retail office ay 2, g.t. road (kheya ghat) uttarpara dist. hooghly 712258 from where i purchased the above ac machine on 11.6.2009. I expected that the said machine may be installed by your service people or by the representative of the carrier co by tody the 12th june. it is regretted nobody turned up from any of your offices nor even enquired about the position of the installation. more surprisingly in the buyer copy there is no mention of the telephone number of the shopof either your calcutta office or uttarpara retail shop. this is not expected from ashop of your repute. in fact in your cash memo you have clarified your interests about cheques/dd/refund procedure but without any tele communication number. further nobody bothered to enquire the difficulties being faced by your customer from your customer dept. however i would request you to please let me know the date as to when the above machine will be installed by your service dept people. regards
