Duplicate Cement

I had purchased 2 bags of ACC Super cement from a retailler Sonu cement Store in Adra, Dist. Purulia West bengal few days back. I found it to be either defective or duplicate. I complained to one Mr. Aasis of ACCHELP regarding my boubts. He came n found that it was duplicate, I also handed him a packet of the cement which he took for testing, I produced the purchase bill n the empty Bags. But to my surprise even after being confirmed about the fake cement packed in original bags he had no concrete answere to my grivance.

I want to know, dose the company has nothing to do even after getting confirmed that Gross amount of duplicacy is been carried on by a shopkeeper and the Image of ACC is been tarnished openly.

When a consumer is complaining about a case of cheating being run by petty shop keeper in the name of ACC why no action has been taken in last 7 days?
