M/s Vikash Cement & Construction, Shukla Colony
So many packets of White Cement purchased @336/- but Cement of 10 packets was Black in lieu of White

Dear Sir,

With due reference to the above subject of complaint I do hereby mention that Retailer of Lafarge Cement M/s Vikash Cement & Construction, Shukla Colony, Buddha Singh Road, Near Old Petrol Pump, Hinoo, Ranchi-2 (Mob. No.8051162827, 8002348019) has supplied us more than 100 packets of Lafarge Cement @ 336/- Earlier all packet of cement was good by nature of function and white in colour but last lot of supply was dramaticaly painful. Ten (10) packet of Cement is Black in colour and not good by nature of function. I have kept some quantity of cement as sample to produce at legal platform whenever it will be required. I made complaint infront of supplier but he is not taking it seriously and saying it happens always.

I request you to kindly look in this matter to solve earliest so that I may not compelled to go Consumer Forum.
