Non receipt of Refund for MTNL Garuda phone

This refers to the subject matter. I would like to inform that I was using the MTNL Garuda phone till July-06. Then I have disconnected the phone (Phone No - 20903508) & returned the instrument in the same month i.e. July-06 (Since the service was very poor & bills were very high & not matching with my usage). I would like to bring to the notice of Management of MTNL to arrange for refund of security amount submitted by me during connection of this phone.

Here, I would like to add that I have approached many times the Divisional engineer’s office at Bhikaji Cama place & Hari Nagar office, but there has been no response.

Pls help in getting refund of the security amount
