Auto matic balance widrow

I am just take a MTS ph the no is 9143149474... I am see in 2september the company deduct my balance 22.08RS... automatic... i am shout complain in the customer care... the customer care give me complain No. the no is september2428 (complain dt.2sep2009 at1.15pm)... and tell me it is solve in working 16houre... but the working 16hours gone. no one solve the problem... what can i do in this procession... I am need your help. Can the forum help me... I am waiting for your response.
