Cheated with wrong promises

Respected sir/ma'am

my name is abhishek. and i stay in noida sector 12 in v block.

i bought this MTS (phone no: 9136983663) from hot spot GIP sector 18 3rd floor. when i was buying tata photon data card. the shopkeeper told me to go for mts data card as it has high speed internet then tata photon. when i came home with product and when i used it on my PC i found it very slow even on full signal.its not even acheiving one fourth of its mention speed. it takes even 10-25 seconds even uploading simple google web page.

i do'nt know what to do in this situation. i traped by shopkeeper and this fake MTS company. i lost 1500 hard earned money.

kindly tell me what action i can take?
