MTS MBLAZE HAS CHEATED US TWICE

Hi All,

Just wanted to bring your kind attention that this MTS-MBLAZE mob broadband is totally waste of money, time and happiness. More over their customer care is worst in the world. I am lodging complaint aginst them because I have done online recharge twice:

1) one with Rs 198.00 that is 2 months ago but my broadband didn t get recharged whereas money has been deducted from my account. After wrting thousands of mails also I didn t get my money back.

2) On 2nd Oct again I recharge it with Rs 999 (unlimited) but same story money has been dedcuted from our a/c but recharge didn t happened. After doing further enquiry they stated that money will be back to our a/c in 10 working days but its more than a month now. Even we have written lot of mails but there is no response from them.

Kindly let us know what strict action can be taken against them.
