Alange deducted is not refunded

My no 8432326202, The balance of rupees 30 was deducted on 29th nov. for JUKEBOX service which was automatically subscribed by the company.

I called care center to unsubscribe the service and make the refund, at that time I was told that the service will be unsubscribed in 4 hours and the complaint for refund was made with no.51440. And after that my no.by which I raised the comlained was blocked means I am not able to call care center. Whichever mobile uses for the purpore was blocked after attending a call.

Thus I called to nodal officer to resplve the problem resolve both the problem.

Till today no one from mts side have cotacted me regarding this.

They are real Cheater I think As making me enable to call to customer care.
