Dear Sir
i filled all the details for your Reliance one card at your Reliance Fresh outlet at Jalandhar, Punjab, got temporary card (no 2266111122508670), but as of now i had not recd permanent card, spoken to your customer care every day but i can't recvied any information. My temporary card is totaly dameged. kindly look into the matter and arrange my card to despatch the same at earlist possible.
