Gas connection cut wrongly

Dear sir, we have an gas connection with customer no 06043 on the name, mukhtiar singh and address is 4766.gali no 6, sarwar pura, amritsar.this connection was taken on 22 april 1991.we have all records of purchasin gas for long 17 years.now suddenly gas agency namely bajwa gas agency, old octroi, tarn tarn road, amritsar has disconnected our connection and stop gas supplie without any reason.this is very un officeol. kindly intervene this matter.we will be thank ful to you.
