Customer harassment due to faulty coupon machine at Vikhroli station.

I got down at Vikhroli station & a TC called me to show the ticket.

I had the printed coupons duly punched with me & showed him.

To my surprise, the date punched on the coupon was yesterdays & I couldnt prove him that I had punched it today itself.

I was fined for the same, as my ticket had an older date printed.

Later I went to the machine & inserted a coupon to find that it was priniting the earlier day's date!!!

I approached the station master at Vikhroli, but he was helpless..
