I have applied for Mundra Port And Special Economic Zone Limited IPO (225 nos share) vide bid cum application form no-8/2360735 by paying Rs99000.00. (SBI idco tower Bhubaneswar cheque no 379537 dt 07.11.2007). The amount was also debited from my bank account.

From Intime Spectrum Registry Limited website I found that 15 nos share is allotted in my name. But till now it is not deposited in my demat account.
