Complaint Regarding Non-Refund of money invested in mundra port IPO

Hello Sir, I had applied for Mundra Port and Special Economic Zone Limited IPO for whom concerned registry is M/s INTIME SPECTRUM REGISTRY LTD, I have not been allotted any shares of mundra port and more over my money has not been transferred in my account till dated, Furthermore I want to tell you that I have also tried to make contact with INTIME SPECTRUM REGISTRY LTD. and mundra port through e-mail but they didn’t replied till today. I have also sent two letters to them through speed post dated on 08.12.07 and 05.01.08 but they didn’t replied till dated.

I have been trying to reach them by Phone almost each day but not able to reach them and have sent numerous mails, no one bothers to read the mail and they delete it even without reading,
