Garbage spreaded

I am a resident of Mount Everest CGHS, Plot 17, Sector - 9, Dwarka. Open garbage is disposed every day near my society creating untolerable foul smell and spreading lot of diseases. One of the member of society is suffering from dengue. There has to be a strict action against it else more diseases would be spread.
