Lockage of sever line

I am resident of 68B-1, sector-11, behind state bank of Patiala, Faridabad. The sever line and sever hole are badly jammed and there has been a pool of dirty water causing breeding of deadly mosquitoes of malaria and dengue. Complaints have been made to the personnels of the MCF but of no avail.

Would you please kindly help us to shake the MCF authorities to take immediate action to open the severage line/hole to avoid further danger of denue etc in the locality.
