Street light and high mast not working

I am a resident of E-35, Shivaji Marg, Adarsh Nagar. Delhi 110 033. There is a high mast tower installed in the park opposite my house but it is never operational. MCD had installed various fancy pathway lights in the park in addition to the high mast but with no maintenance or monitoring, everything was removed / stolen gradually. The park is in shambles now. No action was taken on this for replacement and monitoring. This has lead to pitch dark conditions inside the park making it unusable after dark by anyone including children and elderly.

Moreover at such times lumpen elements are seen getting together in the park to take advantage of dark conditions creating a law and order problem in the area.

You are requested to forward this complaint to the concerned department / agnecy so that corrective action can be taken and we do not face further inconvenience please.
