Sir,

I have send several complaint against following to your office, but there is no action has been taken so for reason best known by your office. kindly look following matter and take action please:-

It is inform you that the outlet Nalis of this Colony is full of water and garbage, Malwa of Cow Dung on the road, Causing increasing of mosquito’s & other flies which my leads to spread of Malarias & other diseases. There is never spreads insecticides/ddt powder etc. Also inform that the representative of Health Department is visiting frequently but of no use.

You are therefore requested to kindly arrange for cleaning these nalis to avoid the spread of Mosquito. This will help in not spreading of Malaria etc. in future.
