Sewer line overflowing for months (no facility for dumping garbage)

I am a resident of DDA multi storied flats, Sector 19B, Dwarka

For nearly 2 months the sewer line in front of our Apartments has been overflowing and water and filth is getting accumulated there. To make the matters worse the residents of nearby colonies (Amberhai Village) have been dumping garbage from their homes into this water resulting in a stench and posing a serious threat (a perfect breeding place for mosquitos and water borne diseases) to the health of people living in our apartments.

MCD has always neglected arears in and around sector19 and you will never see a garbage collection (either a truck or dhalaos/trolley/steel bins) in that area. Just 2 weeks back MCD has put 2 trolleys in order to full-fill a formality. Although I am writing a complaint though you to MCD, after having failed to find any way to register complaint on MCD official website but I'm not sure if anything would be done to reslove this grave matter
