Water leakage affecting foundation of houses in our locality

Dear sir/mam,

we already lodged complaints to MCD office- tejab mill, near khera banquet hall, shahdara, delhi-110032 .regarding water leakage in our locality because of non-maintenance/repair of draining system. Water going deep and weaker the foundation of houses. Many houses and even roads are cracks and it can cause any mis-happening in future. But no action has been taken by the area MCD officials like J.E. or A.E.even they are not taking our complaints seriously. From this letter, i want to inform the MCD Commissioner if any mis-happening occurs in our houses because of water leakage his department will be responsible for that. I request you to please issue the order to the concerned department regarding our complaints of water leakage.
