Dear Sir,

I am a resident in Harmony appts, on Andree road.

Neaxt to St Joseph post-graduate college.we have 4 promlems.

1.An ironing man has built a concrete shop on Andree rd.

2.Next to him is a narrow lane leading to our apps. There is a Muslim family on the left side, who have taken 1.5 feet of the road & built on it as an extension of their house.morever, they have also built 2 floors using our garagr wall.

3.He already has one ILLEGAL BWSSB connection.

On 16th aug, he was cutting the road for a second illegal connection.

All hell broke loose when the opposite bungalow owner noticed that they are cutting in front of his gate.

When he asked for the road cutting permission, the muslim, his son, the labourers beat both the husband & wife so badly that the police was called & also Hoslaya..The matter is at Ashoknagar police station.

4.The bungalow on Andree road parks 4 cars on the road-opposite a `NO PARKING` board.

Can these be towed away?
