Damage of Monito

I have purchased a Accer 17" TFT Monitor having Serial No of ETLA8040387370B7934303 and its having 3 years of waarany but after making enquiry i have found that there is no such Service Centre in Guwahati in which i can approach. I did call to the Customer Care of Accer but before registering it got disconnectd. Moreover the shop from which i have purchased the Monitor is not provioded any such sympathy regarding this. I am facing much trouble to resolve it. I could not find any way to out.
