Cancellation of hidden charges on my c c

MY CARD NO IS 4339485038103500.i have not given my consent for priority circle membership which is charged to me as an amount of 6741rs and intrest charge 4601.60and568.76. i have mailed two complains in last 15 days to cancel my membership, but there is no response. i have been calling to the priority circle daily and no one is picking up the phone. i have also called the customer care and lodged two complains but still no response. if the barclays' concerned department don't contant me and cancel my priority circle membership amount as soon as possible, then i have no other way than to go to the consumer court for help and also charge them for harassment and the amount i have spend in phone to contact them.
