Non receipt of free gift

I had ordered 8cds for rs 999/- got the delivery of the cds but the free gifts have not come, called the help line they said that we have to log on the site and enroll, the site doesnt open and neither can i get through on the help line.

why is such a big company taking people for a ride, its simply shocking i have already complained once giving the details to no avail
