Illtreating the customers

I am living in Avadi (Tamil Nadu Housing Board). I applied for gas on 20/11.and i still dont receive my cylinder. i checked there customer care center they said like " WE HAVE DELIVERED YOUR CYLINDER LONG BACK AGO".. They trying to spoof with some illegal bills. They illtreated me they didnt took my complaint as a valid one. I went more than 5 times to office todays date is 9-12 still i didnt got any acknowledgement from them. This MV ENTERPRICE in AVADI has been already warned by the local people many time still they supplying the LPG for some commericial purpose.. I request some one have to check the this thing and make it work properly...
