Very Bad product and service

The company is very accommodating when you call them and try and very prompt with text messages but the service and the quality of the product was terrible.

I had ordered flowers and cake combo for chennai and mumbai. The flowers shown and delivered were very different and the message I asked them to write on the cake which was extremely dry was not written.

Mumbai flowers were not delivered till 5 pm...

The company looks and sounds very professional but terrible service.
