Accidental policy
Non receipt of policy documents

Even after paying premium of Rs. 990/- thru my saving bank a/c in Axis bank on 5.8.09,

I've not yet received the policy documents til 25.8.09.

I've knocked the kolkata office for help but of no avail..

I'v an policy wghich had expired on 18.7.09 no is ;OG-09-2401-9961-00199634

Plse help..
